Where we ship

Processing time
In-stock orders are usually processed within [[1–2]] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times and costs
- Launch monitors and accessories: typically 3-5 days, free shipping
- Studio packages and enclosures: large items may ship in multiple boxes and typically arrive within3-5 days business days.
- Memberships: delivered digitally as a prepaid activation code by email within 24 hours
Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships. Multi-box orders may have several tracking numbers.
Receiving your delivery
Please inspect boxes on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. Report any damage or missing items to us within [[48 hours]] with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
