We want you to love your golf simulator. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may return eligible items within [[30]] days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging with all accessories.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided.
Non-returnable items
- SkyTrak memberships and other digital codes once delivered
- Items damaged through misuse

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within [[48 hours]] with photos and we will make it right.
